and we regress and progress

to that night we undressed

and all else you can detect

from our skin's drunken scent. 

we arrive and we leave

done things you wouldn't believe

our newest and worst

lies never rehearsed 

hours of passion and lust

never again can you trust

So yes, we've had plenty to drink
